LA Reid recently announced that he was leaving X Factor, and now he’s speaking out about who should replace him. LA said he wanted to concentrate on his day job as chairman and CEO of Epic Records, revealing:
I have a company to run that I’ve kind of neglected. Leaving saddens me a little bit — but only a little bit.
The star has now told Access Hollywood who he would like to see replace him on the show:
“I have nothing to do with it, but my choice would be Jon Bon Jovi,” he told the site. “That’s who I would pick.”
With dipping ratings Simon Cowell is reportedly keen for a X Factor shake-up on both sides of the Atlantic, and has apparently set up meetings with Rihanna to try and entice her onto either the US or UK version of the show.

No Way!!!!!! The X Factor is so cheesy and would be a terrible show for Jon to do. He is much too talented to waste his time on this show. I love reality T.V but quite frankly I’d rather watch Flavor Flav then the hopefully soon to be cancelled X Factor. I love you Simon but this show is a real STINKER!!!!!!!
